"We will" is a response in the Sacramental Rites of Baptism, Confirmation and Matrimony. At all three of these sacred ceremonies, the congregation uses this response to promise they will support and assist the recipient of the sacrament to grow in the Faith. This Blog will discuss the many aspects of Christian Formation that the family is called to master. Our aim is to facilitate intergenerational family empowerment in order to live out our Baptism Covenants and live out the Great Commission.

Baptism today and the We Wills
What a wonderful Sunday. We began our day with the introductory class on Charting your Vision of Parenting. While A smaller group than usual, it was just His size for a great discussion.
And then
To go to the Baptism of one of my "old" Confirmation class sweeties!! For us to be there was another "we will" for Kayla's Baptism and Confirmation AND her sweet baby's Baptism. The look of glee as she spotted us was worth the crazy morning to go "it all".
The picture on my profile today is that of Kayla, her cute little daughter and yours truly.
May God bless us all as we move into the new week in "His service"/

Visionary Parenting
I am so grateful. We will begin our journey toward a more biblically sound, intentional Parenting this week with the beginning of the Visionary Parenting Program. I have been invited to facilitate this 8 week course at our local Trinity Lutheran Church. Parents, Grandparents and any other interested adults are welcome to attend.
